Insomnia is the best cookie place in Jax. The confetti and s'mores are my favorite and the delivery is always fast.

The ice cream stays firm through delivery, no melting at all. The cookies are always warm and fresh, and the vegan ones are amazing (coming from a non-vegan). Personally, I like their vegan chocolate chunk over the regular one, plus macadamia. They're all soft and buttery even the next day. You can miss here.

The ice cream wasn't melted at all when it arrived so that's a huge plus. It eas also delicious: I got the peanut butter insomnia track and the caramellionaire. For cookies, I got the cloud 9 (soooo gooey and delicious) and the vegan chocolate chunk, which was so good I would have never guessed it was vegan.

First time trying Insomnia Cookies...it was absolutely amazing. Cookies were warm and fresh from the oven. The staff was friendly and helpful with my cookie selection. I really liked the Store, it was clean and maintained. Most importantly the cookie aroma was heavenly. A great first time experience...TWO THUMBS UP!

Great cookies and brownies (I bought the M&M and Chocolate cookies) but the problem was the cookies were the size of a babies hand. For 23 dollars I expected them to be the size of crumbl cookies. They were the size of a babies hand!! Don't order if you're expecting something that will fill you up.
