My order was delivered in a whopping TWO hours. It took Insomnia Cookies two hours to deliver my Deluxe 4-pack and it was left on my stoop. The cookies were cold and hard. This is my first time being disappointed by the company

this was the first time my cookies were bad. I ordered oatmeal raisin and received snickerdoodle or something crunchy. also the cookies were very thin not like the regular ones I get.
