Insomnia never disappoints! Ordered on a whim, they came warm and fresh, not to mention FAST!

Cookies were fine, but Insomnia is extremely overpriced. Nothing is special about these cookies to warrant the cost - especially for delivery. Cookies do not arrive hot and fresh. There are not enough cookies for how much you pay. I would avoid ordering.

The cookies are always great, but delivery from the store is always a challenge. Usually late (I live 3 streets away) and trying to get help with orders that are messed up is difficult. Just add 40 mins to your delivery estimate.

I've now ordered twice from the Wharton St location--- the first time, I waited 2 hours and the order never arrived. Insomnia's call center eventually said the driver went to the wrong address but the business was then closed. The second time, the order was missing multiple items and ingredients within the items delivered. No one ever called/texted to let me know the second order was delivered, just left it on the door step (included ice cream). I called Insomnia's call center to get a new delivery of the missing items, 2 hours went by, nothing ever arrived and no further communication. I've never had this issue with any other Philadelphia location. Don't recommend!
