The 12 mini and dip were hard as a rock. Most of the other cookies we ordered were way over cooked or old. Couldn't really tell which. Spent $100 at this place so to say we are upset is an understatement

I ordered icecream and despite the fact that it took an hr to arrive the ice cream was still in scoops, not melting at ALL.
