Decided to give them another shot. Cookies were perfect this time and none were burnt or greasy. Also decided to try other cookie flavors as well. Now, I see what the hype is about lol! Great for a cheat snack. My favorite flavor of cookies thus far are peanut butter cup, sugar, triple chocolate chunk, and snickerdoodle.

The Summer Strawberry cookie was absolutely delicious, but sadly, it was wildly underbaked. I could barely pick it up. The eclair the day off cookie tasted good, but nothing spectacular. It was also underbaked (and I like my cookies to be slightly underbaked and gooey, but this was too much). The filling was more of a brownie consistency than a crème. The double dip crunch cookie was baked well, but tasted like a regular peanut butter cookie. I didn't get any chocolate chips or cone chunks in mine. It was definitely not worth calling it a deluxe cookie. Lastly, all of the cookies were quite small, not worth $4/cookie. I have never had a bad experience with insomnia so this was quite disappointing.

I was so excited for insomnia cookies to come to Brookings. So yummy & worth the money! I personally love the vegan confetti cookie.

The cookies were okay. A tiny bit burnt on the bottom but, it happens. Ice cream was good. The loaded red velvet brookie was good too.
