Stale cookies even after reheating. Not a fan of the decline that insomnia has seen over the years. Can't be charging $25 for 6 cookies for them to taste like this.

Ordered the lil dipper with buttercream - buttercream icing was highlighted in blue on receipt taped to the box, and yet delivery didn't have the icing in the box. Cookies were a tad overcooked at crunchy. Not likely to order again, pretty disappointing
