weird packaging and everything arrived stale so I'm not sure what to think. the buns were super raw like they did nothing to prepare them for a seven dollar experience. im disappointed for sure. there's gotta be a better process to it all that isn't any more expensive for the company itself.. I feel like it would have been good if it was packaged correctly. I'm asking for my money back. not happy :( it was all very cold and I'm pretty sure one of the beef dogs had a missing condiment. we couldn't find it.

I love jdawgs but there have been multiple times we have received orders missing items. the bag doesn't come sealed or with a recipt either. the food is amazing but when you don't get all your food, there's no way of reordering without paying all the fees again. I would just like to see a more professional process.
