• 21-12-29I ordered Create Your Own. It looks like an artist still life painting and it tastes just as wonderful. Generous serving of all your choices and after finishing I felt like I had made a healthy choice. Highly recommended.

• 26-05-04Everything was A1. Fresh, flavorful ingredients and healthy portions is something you can expect. A plus that it arrived well packaged. Our Urban Fries - Family Size was hella spicy but really good. My family had a wonderful meal, would order again for sure

• 25-09-27I've been eating at Jack's since they first opened, because I worked downtown in the 90s. I haven't been in a while and I have to say, the menu they have now is friggin' awesome! We loved everything we ordered. The Classic Tri Tip is so tender and yummy. The fries were delicious, and the salads were just the right size for a side. Will definitely be back!

• 26-06-24The Classic Tri Tip sandwich is delicious. The sandwich has a generous portion of Tri Tip and it includes yummy trimmings. The sourdough roll has s always fresh.

• 26-05-02I've never been disappointed with Jack's Urban Eats in my well over a decade of eating there. This order was, with the exceptions of the Steak Salad and Mac & Cheese , horrible. No ADD NAPKINS & UTENSILS , the Fresh Baked Cookies were burnt, the Oven Roasted Turkey Plate was doused in gravy instead of put to the side so it had all soaked into the mashed potatoes by the time it got here and the turkey was tough, for $26 I expected better, the Chargrilled Tri Tip Plate, which was also $26, was tough and disappointing.
I know you can do better than you did. I wouldn't have paid $10 for any of the plates I ordered except the steak salad.
