Bacon Double Smashed Jack™ Combo was on hit and just right for a smashburger with fresh, well-cooked bacon on top as a cherry. The only default is the fries. Even though I don't live too far from this location they seem to get cold faster than when I'm randomly going into a location. The reheat on cold jack fries is horrible. Hit or miss with this place.

Large Jack's Spicy Chicken® w/ Cheese Combo was old & so dark I almost thought it was a regular burger. Very dry. Size of chicken was half size of the bun. Tasted like it was sitting under the heat lamp all day. Large Sourdough Jack® Combo was barely consumable but we were hungry.

The food was good but the breakfast sandwich was a bit smaller than expected, how ever the taste was good. The Jumbo Breakfast Platter w/ Bacon & Sausage Combo is a much better value. The coffee is very weak and couldn't even taste the coffee. We order cream and there was no cream for the coffee.

Expensive for what it was, but...
a tasty bacon cheeseburger, decent slice of cheesecake, and THE BEST iced coffee!!! Surprisingly tasted like Vietnamese iced coffee. I'd order again just to get that!!!

I ordered Grilled Chicken Teriyaki Protein Bowl Combo with (double chicken) the bowl was almost empty. Very small amount of vegetables and chicken. However flavor 10/10
