I have asked for 2 ultimate cheeseburgers with one having no mayo. I wanted a regular bun, not a split top bun. to pay $7.61 for 2 patties is ridiculous. Also, I only received 2 patties for 2 burgers and it should've been 4. change the app To no bun.

Missing 1/3 of our order. Burger patty unseasoned. Fries all stuck together. Jack's is normally consistent, this was disappointing.

Took almost 25 minutes to prepare Seasoned Curly Fries that were supposed to be a large but got a medium instead Dr Pepper® and r orders ofTwo Tacos sorry but when its takes almost 45 minutes from order to delivery and majority of that time was preparing basic items somebody is not working efficiently.

Man... im try to figure out which location I ordered this from because I have two I can order from. But the tacos were oddly NOT what im used to barely any lettuce, cheese, or filling. I didnt even eat the poppers. They barely had any cheese. Is this inflation???
