Jacks Spicy chicken was hard as a rock and lacked any kindof flavor or than freezer! I haven't had jack in the box in awhile and I was reminded of why tonight. It really was a waste of $20. Fries were rubbery and they brought the wrong drink. Save your money.

Everything was fresh and prepared meticulously well. I also appreciate the tamper-proof stapling of the bag. I wasn't sure the milkshake would come since it was 5am, but it did and special instructions were followed. I do wish they put some kind of cover over the lids since they are open on top, but it looked fine this time.

The onion Onion Rings was not cooked all the way, the breading fallen off. missing one order of Large French Fries and the one that came was cold old hard. the Large Ultimate Cheeseburger™ Combo looks like a regular cheeseburger

I ordered 3 orders of mini churros which comes with 5 per order and i only got 2 orders.It's frustrating when they can't read the order right and get it correct.
