I asked for double Grilled Chicken Fajita Protein Bowl with double the chicken and I got barely any so it's suffocated with rice. This happens frequently.

Not happy with order. The sourdough jack was flat and the large fries were only filled half way. I asked for a sprite and got a lemonade.

The restaurant didn't provide the dressing or the tortilla strips for my southwest chicken salad. I was looking forward to the salad as it's one of the things from Jack in the Box that I really enjoy. They also didn't provide my husband's hot sauce as requested.
