Received a small popcorn chicken and it wasn't even filled up. It was halfway full and received fries that were clearly old.

I had the Large Bacon Double Smashed Jack Combo , I loved the burger but didn't care for the onion rings. They were cooked to long which made them to hard. The shake was good but what could of made it better was more of ice cream. It was like drinking a glass of chocolate milk.

After many gripes and problems with Jack in the Box over the years, it's nice to see them come through for once. I don't know if their reputation will ever be saved. But for now, I'll give this one a 5 star.

The chicken is burnt and dry. The oil used to fry the chicken, fries, and cheese sticks was burnt. I will not be ordering from this location again. Absolutely terrible.
