the Build Your Own Munchie Meal is a good deal, and the Crispy Chicken Strips (3) were bigger than expected! Sourdough Jack® was amazing as always.

The burger and chicken were burnt. My husband barely ate any of his burger and fries due to the burger being stale. I couldn't stonach the chicken because it looked like it had been under the lamp for too long. This was a first time try and we would never buy again.

I ordered 4 tacos and got 3 instead, the fries didnt have as much salt and wasn't filled up to the top since I ordered a large size. This has nothing to do with the door dash driver since he delivered my food & was very nice about it. I really wish I could add ranch into my order from this app but idk why I cant. Other than that, it was alright from Jack in the Box.

It took a little over 30 minutes for them to hand out my order and it was so simple. I love Jack in the Box, but yall are slacking
