• 25-12-14The smash burger had minimal sauce and only on one side only a couple uncooked onions and not a normal amount of pickles and the cheese was falling off one side leaving over half the burger with no cheese

• 26-04-17The staff were more concerned with each others personal lives than effectively completing our order. Hot Mess Double Cheeseburgers are no longer available & substitutions are limited. We scheduled for pick up and ended up sitting there for over 30 minutes because we had to ask for our fries multiple times so by the time weleft our food was cold. 8PC Chicken Nuggets Combo were so overcooked that our toddler couldn't eat them. 0/10 do not recommend when we spent over $70 on "fast" food.

• 2 days agounfortunately it's really hit and miss with this store. Food always tastes good but this is not this first time that i've been left without part of my order. crazy thing is it always seems to be the last thing on the receipt.

• 23-06-19Spicy chicken strips are so good esp paired with the good good sauce and ranch! I also got the mini churro bites and a coke. Great job jack in the box :D

• 23-05-20There was wayyyyy too much mustard on the burger. I couldn't even finish it because all I could taste was mustard, even after I tried drowning it in ketchup
