All excellent and onolicious! 6pc Classic French Toast Sticks and Loaded Breakfast Sandwich were cooked so well and very tasty. First time ordering a Diet Dr Pepper, it was good and thanks for the promo discount. Please remember the straw next time. Recommend Jack 100%! Aloha & Mahalo Jack Staff!

The jumbo smashed jack was horribly put together. McDonalds kids hamburger isput together better. There was nothing jumbo about the burger.

the Loco Moco Smashed Jack™ was dry. there was only a small amount of gravy on the egg. the hamburger was dry. there should be gravy on the hamburger as well. I loved the Crispy Shrimp Tacos.

Mililani Zippy's: You guys need to add a bacon breakfast platter. Every time I have to add a side of bacon to a Portuguese sausage or a spam plate (I hate spam and Portuguese sausage), you guys don't even add the bacon, but you charge me for it.
Even the customization doesn't work.
