first of all, we had no straw with our vanilla Boba shake, and no Boba in the vanilla Boba shake. I spent eight dollars on a vanilla shake. That was small. and the overlook cake, freezing cold. Burger said no mustard, no mayo and we paid $.30 for ranch that we never received in mustard and mayo was on said burger. and the jumbo jack was a 4/10. i've had a better McDonald's experience do better. thank you.

The Sourdough Jack® Combo was horrible, the tomatoes were old, the bread was not toasted correctly, the bread was soggy, the Dr. pepper had no carbonation, the curly fries were old and cold. I paid for the upgrade to large and got disappointed. Although the Sauced & Loaded Tiny Tacos were good, I paid extra for bacon bits and did not get them. The Mini Churros were on point and were amazing. Over all disappointed and unsatisfied.

Missing sauces and food was actually so cold. There was so much lettuce hardly any meat. Not ordering again online. It took the store 40 minutes just to make 4 tacos.

I ordered the Large Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger™ Combo. The burger was ok, but the large fry that I paid extra for was filled up 1/3rd of the way and when they got here they were cold and so soggy that they all stuck together. Will not be ordering from them again.
