• 26-07-27The tacos were so good and still nice and fresh when they got here! They even threw in some extra ranch, which was a nice surprise and definitely appreciated. Everything was packed well, my order was right, and the delivery was quick. Great experience all around!

• 23-01-15food was cold as they made driver wait in drive thru. tacos were not cooked and drenched in so much sauce they could not be eaten. 4 onion rings that were not fresh and cold. burger was good. my dr pepper was definitely NOT dr pepper. it was like they mixed coke, dr pepper and lemonade, YUK. Jack would not if been happy at all with this sad order.

• 24-01-25I adore Jack but last 3 times was not good. Coke totally flat to start then burger was cold and totally drenched in secret sauce. I asked for extra not a bath. Tacos just aren't good anymore, soggy, miss the crisp and no lettuce to speak of. the onion rings were over cooked so that the onions were like straw. sad

• 26-09-09They never include my sweet and sour dip cup that is supposed to come with my order. It even includes it in the description of the meal. They also never include ranch or any sauces automatically and don't give you the option to request them. I usually chat with the dasher and ask them to get the sauces but they rarely respond.
