all the fries are crunchy and drenched in oil. It was not good. And the burger was missing some ingredients and was dry.

The food is good. One thing though, the two times i've ordered from this jacks, the bread wasnt toasted. It's still very soft and not crunchy or "toasty" the fries are good though.

French fries are dry and stale. Absolutely disgusting. The soda has no carbonation at all. Seems like they are cheaping out on the customer

They messed up my order and left out 2 things. The other items didn't taste good either and not fresh. The Two Tacos are usually good, but were bland, no flavor, no sauce. Maybe there are new owners there? ugh...not going back.
