classic buttery jack always comes out perfect, fries are delicious, and drinks are extremely large, which makes it a good bang for the buck

The Jack's Fan Favs Box was hot and fresh, sometimes the fries and/or onion rings in these box combos come hard, cold and stale but that was not the case this time. The portion was decent and the Two Tacos were good too. They were slightly generous with sauce and gave two each instead of just one so that was nice.

Usually love their grilled chicken sandwich but this one was undercooked and wet! The last few bites I really should have eaten with a spoon! A sloppy mess. Disappointing.

It was missing half the items on my sandwich it was just a plain dry burger. Terrible. The fries n onion rings was ok tho but I was given barely any fries. The last time I bought it was perfect just not this time.
