The Classic Smashed Jack™ Combo literally only tasted like onions. The meat? Onions. The sauce? Onions. The bread? I mean it was bread but because of the sauce it just tasted like onions. Bad like fake onion too with way too much liquid smoke

The burger was pink, the ham in the breakfast burrito had a slight greenish tint to it, the chicken strips were crispy but lots of gooey bits inside. Basically nothing was cooked enough. I wasn't able to eat any of it except the scrambled eggs from the burrito and the breading on the chicken. Would not order again.

chicken sandwich was dry af. except for the tomatoes, which were just mush, like a tomato gel. never seen anything like it. terrible. egg rolls were amazing!

food was all cold. fries and two sandwiches. I understand they were busy, and backed up on orders, but if it took an hour to get through their line, why did they make a pick-up order so early and then let it sit and go cold on the counter? fries taste awful cold,and the sandwiches definitely are not fresh being this ice cold.
