Disappointing. Large Sourdough Jack® Combo... Sandwich wasn't toasted. It was clearly taken off the grill too soon, because it wasn't even browned. I ordered extra bacon and got 2 tiny 4" long pieces that were also not cooked enough and were rubbery. For as high as the prices have gotten, (the Large Sour Jack Combo was over $16, not including the extra cost for extra bacon that I didn't receive !) I will be ordering from somewhere else from now on. I could have gotten a much better quality meal, delivered, for the same money, from a regular sit-down restaurant chain.

The chicken was over cooked and rubbery and the fries were stale and cold. I've never had anything this bad from them before and it's a bummer. Too much to pay for something inedible.

I ordered 2 SUPREME BREAKFAST SANDWICHES and the only thing on it was Ham and cheese! This is the 2nd time in a row they came wrong! I am not going to order from this place again. the tacos tasted terrible and I only took 2 bites of the salad. WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE!
