This was the best meal I've had. My Large Jack's Spicy Chicken® w/ Cheese Combo was so crispy, fresh and well put together. The Two Tacos were crispy without being greasy.

Our order was good except the hashbrown, lately every time I order a hashbrown from you guys it tastes old like you guys re fried it in old grease, & all I taste is old, crunchy batter, & no potatoes, my next order, please Cook my hashbrown fresh, in good grease, & not refried & overcooked...

Have been customer for as long as business has been in Madera, CA. Thank you. Friday evening meals faithfully until passing of husband in 2022; now customer for special day of week, as 'treat' or just want my favorite meal. Delicious!

They didnt give me the right salad. I ordered a Southwest Chicken Salad (Grilled). They gave a salad with no ingredients. The Jack in the Box on Howard RD is way better. I always have problems with the one on gateway.

Almost an hour late. Everything was cold. Fries and onion rings are inedible. Burger also didn't didn't heat up well.
