This store was out of regular churros which was part of our meal deal order. They more than made up for it by sending along a kind note offering us pumpkin spice churros instead along with a handful of coupons. Such a kind and generous thing to do, especially late at night. It was much appreciated :)

one if the bread on the sourdough jack was not cooked or roasted and one side of the sandwich was wet.

Everytime I order from Jack in the box, I end up getting 1 or more missing items... even if I paid extra for it.
Maybe it's just from that branch...?
