Left out 3 out of an order of 4 Sausage Breakfast Jack®- why call it a Jumbo Jack®? It is a small hamburger-very misleading title! My order came with a large Dr Pepper/ no straw . Very inconsistent service from JIB every time I order .

The food was good except the hashbrown was mushy and not crispy as previous times. Also, I am digging these new Red Bull infusion drinks. Just wish they had larger sizes.

everything was good except for my drink I ordered a large sprite and all I tasted was water down soda but the meal was delicious just the drink was terrible

serving size of the salad is super tiny and I didn't get my dressing. my family didn't get any sauces either. Garden Salad w/ Grilled Chicken
