Both the store & my dasher went above and beyond! Its the little things that make you want to come back and order from a fast food place again
The food was all fresh warm and all substitutions were done correct. They gave us extra sauces & hooked it up on the fries in the Build Your Own Munchie Meal! Definitley will be ordering from here again :)

There was no way to leave a message for the store to request sauces or for anything really. I called the store after placing the order. I requested if ranch can be put inside the bag. She stated the washer would have to ask for it and didnt care what I said next and hung up the phone.When the washer messaged me I asked if they could ask for ranch and he stated the employee told him it was in the bag. It was not. The size of the curly fries stated they would be large. They most definitely were not.

usually the food here is amazing. this Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack® but it seems very pathetically made today. no amazing sweet bun. just normal squished bun. and the cheese looks about 2 days before it expires. couldn't even finish it. but everything else was good

Some of the fries are hard. The curly fries are good but cold. the burgers are nicely done, meat is warm and letus looks fresh. The jumbo jack tastes good. The c02/syrup ratio on Dr pepper is on point. With the fries, I think I got the bottom of the batch. A 5 star is too high,but I have worked at fast food and refuse to do it again. The only time I would ever leave a 1 2 or 3 star is if my order is absolutely messed up. Everyone keep your candles on stay safe.

Everything was made to order and as requested, pretty good portions. Drinks cold and delish. Everything was packaged nicely and extra sauces yay : )
