Love the spicy roost fries. Can't wait for spicy popcorn chicken to come back. Wish they were both out at the same time.

I ordered a double Philly cheeseburger and received this below standard cheeseburger that looks completely different from the photo and I was very unsatisfied. It only had 1 patty and little to no toppings.

My sandwich looked like it was thrown in the box not properly wrapped everything falling out. Fries hard and small like left over fries. Taste stale.

I am missing my sauces, those are like the 2nd half of whatever you order from Jack. The perfect complement to loaded tiny tacos is their avocado lime, or their perfectly crafted spicy good good, the Frank's with a kick for their chicken strips and fries. I am always sad when they forget/look over the sauces because the food is sometimes too dry without them, but when they make sure to include them, it's always delicious!

Ultimate cheeseburger patties are so dry. I wonder how long they've been sitting there. Cheese isn't really melted and loaded with mayo and ketchup. Guess they tried to add moisture. Didn't work.
