This store, out on west university, is absolutely the best JackNJill I've ever been to. Just sayin' their small kolaches are always hot and fresh.

I placed a medium group order for my department. We do not get very many chances to break away to eat. We ordered three items that were unavailable, and we were not notified that they were unavailable or if we wanted to make a substitution of any kind. They just put "out of stock" on my receipt and refunded my money. This doesn't change the fact that my three coworkers may have changed their order so that they would have something to eat for breakfast. Did not care for that at all!
