The breakfast special and the biscuit (for my toddler) was fresh and delicious! For Philadelphia, Jacks' breakfast is right up there with Hardee's in my opinion. We will definitely get breakfast from there again!

The biscuits were old and hard they sent old chicken that we didn't order (wing and breast) that's not what I ordered. Yesterday they forgot the biscuits but the food was good YESTERDAY!!

The bag was packed too full and fries were smashed and soggy. The dasher had to wait a while for the food so I thought it would be fresher! The fries should have been in one bag and burgers, condiments in another!

The delivery was fine. The food not so much. Biscuits were cold. Fries bad no seasoning at all and they weren't cooked all the way through.

My grits were BLAND!! Nothing was seasoned and tater tots were burnt!!
