• 25-03-21Plain Biscuits were all mostly hard. clearly been set out too long and should have been replaced with fresh. I've worked fast food a lot in the past and it's literally just managers being cheap or lazy.
No straw included for the milkshake but that isn't a big deal.
Jack's is known for its biscuits. Do better.

• 25-11-16I would get it again because of Jack's chicken, but I think when you order a large mac & cheese and mashed potato it should really be a large. Cups gotten smaller and smaller. That's like a large now ( two helpings) bs and that's the second time failed on Mac n cheese. Dasher was awesome but need a quality check on food in my opinion and maybe a pic before delivery of food contents and not just the bag.
