Jack's $2.89 cheeseburger is elevated with a potato bun that is soft and fresh. A bad bun ruins any sandwich regardless of the excellent quality of the items on the sandwich. Fortunately Jack's cheeseburger has all quality items and you won't break the bank either!!

My tea tasted like floor cleaner. After 2 sips and getting a second opinion I poured it out. The fries were burnt to the point to the point of only having the fry shell and then it was like someone tried to cover the burnt taste with way to much seasoning.

Missing the the chicken Finger plate. Not in the Bag. Only 8 pieces of chicken when I ordered 10. Disappointed!! Only 4 biscuits suppose to be 5

I ordered Breakfast Deluxe, but I did not get the hash browns that should have been included. That has happened before, but I never reported it. I did not get any sausage gravy that should have been included, but they gave me 2 small servings of grits. They showed they charged me 3.48 for a small cup of coffee when I ordered, but on the completed order they charged 1.59, so I'm not sure which is correct. It took 45+ mins. to get my order. It was delivered by Door Dash, but Jacks kept them waiting approximately 35 mins. to pickup the order.
