Normally, I'm very happy with Jack's, but this morning they left out the hash browns from our order. And I love their grits, but they were lumpy this morning. Disappointing! And as cute as the Valentines biscuits are, they are quite a bit smaller than the regular biscuits. It barely covered the steak inside!

the catfish basket was horrible. The catfish dinner was awful because all they gave me was little pieces like baby nuggets with a lot more of the crust then they do a catfish but catfish nuggets that they give you are nothing like the picture a dry catfish nugget so hard you could break your tooth on it

This is twice I've ordered and paid separately for cole slaw. Both times the container has been barely half full and they charge $2.73 .
