Normally, I'm very happy with Jack's, but this morning they left out the hash browns from our order. And I love their grits, but they were lumpy this morning. Disappointing! And as cute as the Valentines biscuits are, they are quite a bit smaller than the regular biscuits. It barely covered the steak inside!

This is twice I've ordered and paid separately for cole slaw. Both times the container has been barely half full and they charge $2.73 .

Ordered the Chicken Finger Dinner 4pc and strawberry cream cheese pie. There was almost more hard,tough breading than chicken meat. The pie tasted like it was fried in with the chicken and left a bad taste in my mouth

A few days ago I ordered 2 chicken dinners. They were perfect. Just southern fried chicken...no hot spice. Yesterday I ordered the same thing again and this time the chicken is so spicy I can't eat it! Please offer me the option of REAL fried chicken and not just this hot mess.
