The Big Jack was on point. I'm from California, working here out state on a project for my employer. This was my first time eating from Jack's, and I'm glad I did. I'll be going here again anytime I'm in this area.

The fried chicken was just right and so delicious, burgers were good, our order was great. The only thing is on the website it's not giving me the option of what we want or don't want on the cheeseburgers. It did give me that selection and now it doesn't.

Putting the hot food in a paper sack then inside a plastic bag makes the paper sack get totally soaked and fall apart.. almost spilled the food all over.

they have not been sealimg the food bags of the drinks this week. I called andspoke with managementn they said they would correct the issue but ordered againtoday n food or drinks not sealed
