• 23-01-08Big Breakfast Sandwiches were burnt on the outside & cold on the inside. Hash browns were a cold, mushy mess. (I couldn't even pick them up with my fingers.) Drink was missing like always. This Jack's does not have ANY quality control.

• 24-07-18This is the second time that Jack's has messed up. Last time I bought an extra biscuit with my order and did not receive it. This time the order was wrong and I didn't receive my drink. I ordered the big bacon with no cheese, lettuce, or tomato. All of it was on my burger. Not the delivery guys fault, it was Jack's who messed this one up.

• 25-05-31my order was short two orders of French fries and all 4 of my dipping sauce for the tenders I'm upset about that cause I eat at that Jacks location a lot and usually have no problems getting what I paid for.
