We are first-time Jack's customers. Portion Sizes, Food Quality, and Price Value met and exceeded our expectations. The Breakfast Deluxe and Stack of Pancakes were filling and fresh. We do not have a Jack's local to us but when traveling we will definitely order from then again.

The chicken fingers were so over cooked to the point that I could have chipped a tooth. I ordered large fries for both meals and received less than a handful of fries (less than 10 fries).

The bigger Jack was a disappointment,most of the time I am happy but the sandwich was smaller than I was expecting, and I order a large fries and it was barely any in the box, Jacks you really let me down tonight, no napkins, they were out of vanilla shakes, so I settle for a strawberry. The tea was good. Hopefully next time it will be better

my bacon was burnt they barely put any lettuce on there and they didn't add the egg to my sandwich and the toast was cold
