Sandwich is nicely prepared. Everything else is just how you'd expect from Jack's. Taste is great. Only thing even slightly off are the tots, which are a little soggy but still good.

The past few times I've ordered they haven't forgot my ranch and actually gave me extra. Thank you jacks because I love yalls food but got to have that ranch.

I usually have no complaints from Jacks the food is always great. Today I ordered a hamburger and when the option came up to add cheese for an extra $.60 I figured why not. My son and I thought it was quite funny when my cheese came in a bowl.

They need to change the oil for the hashbrowns and fries. It always smells like old nasty oil and has an off taste.
