Breakfast Deluxe the food was great as always. Coffee I ordered 2 coffees, asked for creamer and splenda. I received 1 cream and 2 sweet n lows. jacks should fix their online ordering so you can order more cream and learn the difference between the sugar substitutes.

3 burgers and 3 fries stuffed into a small bag with napkins like they just didn't care. The bag immediately ripped open when I picked it up and to top it all off the sweet tea tasted like it was made with dirty dishwater. I know it's a fast food joint but they could atleast try a little.

Food was great. But if I pay for a milkshake that's nearly $5, I would appreciate if I got the full milkshake. I am not happy about it.

They left out two pieces of chicken and my order of fries. Every time I eat at this location they forget something then want to be rude when I let them know.
