I order donuts from here often because they are always fresh and stay that way for another couple days. Most are pretty big/filling donuts (depending which ones you get I guess.) And I love there Jack'd Boba! Natural caffeine energy drinks that definitely gives you. boost. I like the Strawberry Sunrise, and the Mermaid. They don't all have Boba and some are made with coconut milk. Like most donuts places, the earlier you order the better the selection of donuts. the specialty ones are gone fast! oooh and the apple fritter is another favorite. Always ready fast!

Shorted one donut on the half dozen. And the other donuts I did receive are dry and barely have any icing on top. The cream filled had a tiny dime size drop inside. Coffee is weird - I am tasting a very strange hint of basil? Need to clean the coffee maker maybe? Donut holes were great.

the glazed cinnamon roll is now half it's size, thin and dry. I've asked in the drive through about this and was told it's a new recipe. Half the doughnut for the same price and it was nasty? Dunkin s is right across the street. Think I'll head there.

The Dasher was great, but the donuts were all the same. Jack's puts chocolate frosting on a plain donut and calls it chocolate donuts.Dunkin donuts is the king of donuts. They all look different.
They were okay and good, just not the WOW you get from DD.

The donuts and my coffee were great...but they did not give me a fair substitution for my donuts. I ordered a 12 count of donut holes and 2 single donuts. The donut holes are $4.25 and they substituted it for another single donut which is priced at $1.85....I dont mind my donuts being substituted but at least give me an equivalent amount for what I paid for. This makes me not want to order again because while I understand needing to make substitutions there needs to be an equivalent exchange.
