my order was excellent!! it was like they just made it. the chicken was hot, biscuit was soft, the french fries were crispy and hot, the coleslaw was great. I enjoyed my dinner very well.

it was really dry my sons "kids meal" consisted of a few fries and literally shreds of chicken. My coleslaw was like salad the chicken was awful and again shreds the biscuit was soggy and the only thing I truly ate was the French fries which burned my mouth from how much salt was on them.

the Fried Chicken was hot and crispy and it was good, the problem was I did not receive any thighs. i received 4 breasts 2 wings and 2 legs.the slaw was god

Excellent chicken and cole slaw. Biscuits were warm and delicious. Only one small problem. There were only 7 pieces of chicken.....1 .
drumstick was missing. Outside of that it was terrific.

This Jack's used to be really good. How not tonight. The tea is still warm.... which caused the ice to be melted. The biscus that I LOVE, normally, were dry, hard, and no butter. The fries had no salt or season on them. The chicken fingers were good as usual. The ranch was hot and runny. Very sad.
