I order a chicken dinner about once a month from Jacks. Sometimes, it's a hit or miss. Tonight, it was a hit with fresh fried chicken of decent sizes and hot/fresh green beans and mashed potatoes with gravy. Yum!

Ordered chicken finger snack and 3-cheeseburger combo; everything was excellent! Hot when delivered; drink was very cold! Burgers no onions as asked for!! Would like to be able to get fries minus salt. Great!!

The half gallon of tea was unsweetened tea the grits weren't cooked all the way and the biscuits were hard.

This store is sooooo unreliable, I can't get a correct order from them. The fries are hard and cold and the burger I ordered with extra sauce and pickles is plain. I grew up on Jack's, this is very disappointing!
