chicken sandwich combo was hot, tasty with the bigger jack burger too! fries were hot n fresh! and large cokes was cold ! thank you! would order again!

This was my first time trying Jack's. It was one of the worst orders I have ever placed. The biscuit was so hard, like a brick. I was so disappointed.

ordered 2 Fried Chicken Dinner 3pc, 1 with 2 breasts & a wing & the other was 1 breast & 2 legs. We received 1 breast, 1 wing, 3 tenders &the other had 2 thighs & 1 leg. the biscuits were crunchy around the edges, & the coleslaw was bland👎
Plus, we couldn't get the 2 Salad - BLT bc they were supposedly out of lettuce.

Even though Jack's is only 2-4 min away, my burger and fries were cold. The meat patties weren't even hot enough to melt the cheese. Bun was hard too. Guess the only way to really enjoy Jack's is just to dine-in. That's a shame.
