My recent visit to Jamba Juice was extremely disappointing. The customer service was poor, the smoothie lacked flavor, the prices were high, the menu variety was limited, and the cleanliness was questionable. I would not recommend this store.

No straws. Pretzel bag was all wet and sticky. And PLEASE stop using those stickers on the cup lids. They are a pain to remove and come apart in pieces. Giving 3 stars only because the smoothies still taste good.

They didn't have enough ingredients and decided to put more ice in my smoothie to make up for that. Tasted too much water. Besides that the chunky strawberry was fantastic.
