I order Jamba juice quite often. And today I received my order and my Acai bowl was frozen solid. I had to let it defrost before it was edible. And when I took a bite the bananas were slimy and the granola was stale and everything else tasted old and stale. And the Acai bowl isn't cheap over $13.00 I have never ever experienced this poor quality coming from Jamba Juice! I have to say that I am extremely saddened by the quality of my Acai bowl that I received today! I hope that this won't be the future of Jamba Juice because I can guarantee you that you will lose many regular customers along with any new customers. Because if I had received this quality on my first order I would not be ordering anything from them again. There is no reason why something like this happens! Shame on whomever put this in a bag for delivery! Management needs to pay attention to this sort of thing! If I were able to give zero stars that is what I would have given.

First time ordering anything from Jamba Juice and googled the most popular drinks, white gummi was one of the results and my God it was so good. I don't know if it's just because it has mangoes in it, which I love, or the entire mixture blended well together. I just know that I'll definitely be ordering this again soon.

It was okay , wasn't expecting the honey or syrup flavor topping . Wouldn't get again but I ate it , jr was okay
