When ordering the Jalapeño Poppers, it's very inconsistent in value. Sometimes I get three, sometimes just two. It would be good to know what I'm paying for , as I don't find value for money if I'm getting just two compared to other joints

usually a big, chips and burgers are awesome but shakes were forgotten. and then on reorder with no cup holders meant they spilt everywhere and were half full. also a vanilla was chocolatey and tasted like Milo.

Have been a regular of JBs for several years now. I cannot be more disappointed to see the fried chicken, spring rolls, poppers all be reduced to 2 pieces. Went in store the other day to feed a group of mates, thought maybe it was different. Nope, looks like you've cut back on a customer too.
