• 22-09-24I loved Jersey Mikes for over 15 years...always 4-5 stars. This is the first time I threw 1/2 away. I ordered Giant roast beef and giant Italian. The Italian: salami and pepperoni were barely detectable. It was mostly the regular ham and it was sliced sooo thick (yuck). I've never had to specify "slice thin" on door dash or in store. Roast beef: same thing....thick!! I also asked for mayo and no cheese. It came with cheese but no mayo and I didn't have mayo in the house. I hope this was just a one time thing.
The chocolate chip cookies were right, though. Last time They sent 5 oatmeal cookies and 1 chocolate chip. :( The cookies seemed different. Still good, but not as yummy as in the past.

• 23-01-14Proportions noticeably small, as if the employee preparing it was both rushed and otherwise preoccupied . I wasn't there to point out the error, which everybody understands is a risk of using apps like Door Dash. The food tasted good, as always; it just wasn't not what I ordered. This isn't typical of Jersey Mike's, and they've earned the.benefit of the doubt - 3 stars.
