Best sandwiches. I get a #7 Turkey and Provolone with added bacon on it and it is INCREDIBLE! Love it. Wish I could eat it everyday. Delicious tasty goodness

I paid $1.80 for usually a large bag of chips which you've always given now you're handing out little bitty bags with probably seven chips in it for the same price I think that's wrong

Bread was hard, old, turkey was distasteful. I have ordered this many times! Always fresh bread, and very fresh. Hopefully this is isolated. Maybe it's winter. Also ordered cookie, sent brownie. Brownie is not fresh, old not soft but hard. Again very disappointed as I ordered a cookie.
Very disappointed, as I paid $20.00 dollars have sandwich. Expensive for what arrived.

I order this sandwich once a week at least . My last R B sandwich on white bread was awful. The bread was completely different than ever before. Broke apart and I hope they are not making their bread differently it's not edible . The roast wasn't rare as usual very disappointing. This store is in Foothill Ranch area .
