order was never made or delivered. restaurant thought it was acceptable to call after an hour and a half and ask I I still wanted the food but could not tell me when it would arrive because the driver was busy

Love Jimmy John's sandwiches for a quick lunch. Over an hour to get a sandwich out the door and another half hour to deliver it only a couple blocks? Not freaky fast.
