I ordered a regular sized Big #2 BIG JOHN® and in all of my times ordering from Jimmy John's I have never seen a regular square sandwich. does this even qualify as the same size? are they allowed/supposed to do that? the sandwich probably tastes fine (though I haven't had it yet) but I'm docking points for being questionable. I feel like this is something you should call the customer about and inform them that their sandwich is gonna be weird.

This is my first time ordering from Jimmy Johns. I expected a sub style sandwich like the picture and I did not receive that. It was a very boring sandwich. The cookie was a triple chip, but what I ordered said chocolate chip. I would not have ordered it if I knew it had white chocolate. I just want to receive what is promised, what I ordered. Also buyer beware, you will not get proper updates from DoorDash.
