#12 beach club was super dry. had to eat through half the sandwich before I found the avocado spread. our spicy ranch was missing but we were charged for it. when I called about why it was taking so long to make sure the delivery driver had all info, the dude who answered the phone couldn't care less.

My girlfriend and I order 2 sandwiches (Billy Club-Unwich and a Cubano), a bag of chips and a pickle. when they finally dropped the stuff off at the door without handing it to me like I requested, one of the sandwiches was missing and the other sandwich was the completely wrong sandwich. when they finally delivered the remade order, my Cubano was still missing the 2 dollar capicola add-on and onions I wanted. I understand things can happen, but the employees at Jimmy Johns were very unprofessional and even laughed at me over the phone. Do Better.
