First time order for me. I had selected Mr. Pibb, but they don't carry it. However, they did call me to let me know and ask me if I wanted to substitute, which I did as I did want a drink. I really, really appreciated that customer service effort from them. The food and drink were very good, and it was a very good first impression for me. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Greek cucumber salad is delicious. I make this at home the way my Mom did and hers is the best I've ever had. This salad I got tonight is a very close second to my Moms. I wish it came in a larger size side because next time I order I'm getting 2 salads and no sub. However, I did enjoy the gyro very much.

This is the second time I've been disappointed in Jimmy John's. The first time the bread was hard and stale and the drink was flat. Today I ordered and added pickles on my sandwich and didn't receive them. How hard is it??

jimmy johns usually has the best bread but for this order, the outside of the bread was like a rock. inside of the bread was drenched in so much mayo it was soggy. I couldnt finish the sandwich

Packaged improperly, the ranch was exploded and the lettuce wrap itself is not properly wrapped. Very difficult to eat.
